We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
  • Personalized, sale, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return

  1. Visit icingkeychain.com and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and packing slip.
  4. Package your return securely and ship it back to us.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order on icingkeychain.com.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
